Utility Water Foreman

Emmetsburg Municipal Utilities is accepting applications for a full-time Water Foreman employee. The successful candidate will oversee the Water Department as well as aid in Wastewater and Gas departments, as necessary. The foreman will work under the direction of the EMU Board and EMU Superintendent/City Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of water treatment plane, distribution system, and sample collecting
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Advanced math skills
• Grade II Water and Distribution Licenses or ability to obtain licenses

Starting Wage:

Based upon experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm with occasional on-call evenings and weekends.
